Who can play

An account is personal and belongs to someone old enough to gamble where they live: 19 in most of Canada, 18 in the other markets this site serves. One account per person, per household and per device. Playing on someone else's behalf, or passing an account on, is not allowed and ends with the account closed.

Deposits and payouts

A deposit posts at once. A payout returns to the method it came from wherever the method allows it, and the weekly withdrawal ceiling shown on your market's page applies. We charge nothing on a deposit or a payout; what your bank or wallet charges is between you and them.

Bonuses and free spins

Every offer carries its own wagering multiple, its own expiry and its own maximum stake. Slots contribute in full toward wagering; table games and live tables contribute less or not at all. Going over the stake ceiling while a bonus is live voids the bonus and anything it produced.

Free spins are credited as the offer describes and expire with it. The second-deposit match is credited once the qualifying deposit clears and is subject to the wagering shown on the offer. The figures that bind are the ones displayed on the offer when you accept it.

When something goes wrong in a game

If a game drops mid round, the round is settled from the provider's own log. A clear technical fault, a misdisplayed multiplier or a win paid twice is corrected in either direction. We reclaim nothing we cannot demonstrate from the log.

Closing an account

You can close the account whenever you like and any remaining real money balance is returned. We also close an account where it is used on someone else's behalf, where the identification is not genuine, or where the player has set themselves an exclusion.

Responsible play

Limits and breaks are set in the account settings, and support will set them for you as well. A limit is never raised on the spot: an increase takes effect after a waiting period, a decrease immediately.

These rules are revised from time to time. What is on this page is what applies, and continuing to play after a revision counts as accepting it.
